The Buena Vista City School Board is requesting
written proposals for a Dishwasher at Enderly Heights School,
located at 101 Woodland Avenue, Buena Vista, VA 24416.
A copy of specifications is available from Mrs. Barbara Mace,
School Nutrition Director, at 2329 Chestnut Ave., Suite A, Buena
Vista, Virginia 24416. Phone (540) 261-3352. Any additional
information that is needed can be obtained at this time.
The Buena Vista City School Board reserves the right to accept or
reject any and all offers, to waiver any informalities, and to
accept a proposal which is deemed to be in the best interest of the
School Board.

 Marketing education students in Mrs. Balkey's class recently hosted their first Employer Appreciation Banquet. The students are in a coop porgram in which they earn while they learn! Students are employed at various businesses in the community. They can earn 2 to 3 credits for th course depending on the number of hours worked during the school year. The employers were treated to a dinner given by the Marketing students. Thanks to all who participated this year in the Marketing program.

City Wide Elementary Summer SchoolJuly 6 - July 23 at Kling Elementary School from 8:00 a.m to 11:30 a.m. The first ever Kindergarten Academy will be held at Kling Elementary School starting on July 6 through July 23, from 8:00 -11:30. The academy is designed to assist your child in areas of weakness identified during the Kindergarten screening.
